How can I make a return?
We hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, returning it is simple.

You can return your item by letting us know within 14 days of receiving your order and sending it back within 30 days. Please ensure it arrives within this timeframe, as returns received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

 

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are deemed faulty.

 

All other items
We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition. This includes sale items and those purchased with a promotion code.

Items must be returned in new, unworn condition and in undamaged packaging.

Processing your refund
Once received, returns are typically processed within 48 hours. We will notify you once your refund has been issued.

Refunds are made to your original payment method and may take up to 14 working days to appear, depending on your card provider.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns that do not reach us.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or piece, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

Faulty items
