RETURNS & REFUNDS

How can I make a return?

We hope that you will love your order. However, if you change your mind (it happens!), returning an item couldn’t be easier.

We are happy for you to return your order to us, provided you let us know within 14 days of receiving the order and are able to send it back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.   Please ensure we receive your item within this timeframe. Items received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Earrings

Kindly note, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are deemed faulty.

 

All other items

We are happy to accept returns on unworn product(s) sent back in the original condition with the original packaging. This includes items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code.

All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Processing your refund

Returns are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the product. If you have any questions, please contact us through our email hello@frequencyparisibiza.com or contact page. We will notify you once we have refunded your payment. Payment will be made to the original method of payment. Please note this may take up to 14 working days depending on your provider. 

 

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note, shipping costs are not refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service for your return. 

 

Can I Exchange my item

We do not accept exchanges, including size changes. We advise returning the item and making a new purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item or order. 

 

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your new Frequency Paris-Ibiza jewellery.
